Tico Santa Cruz, singer of the band Detonautas, drew attention during the Rock in Rio show by performing shirtless at the City of Rock, displaying the result of his physical transformation. The artist said he changed his life routine, which brought only good things for him.
Tico lost more than 7 kg and recently participated in Ironman 70.3, a triathlon competition that includes swimming, cycling and running. At the end of 2023, he resumed physical activity and started including weight training, walks, running and swimming in his routine, moving practically every day and often combining more than one modality.
The singer's dedication to sport has been contagious for the band team, who also started exercising. On the Sunset stage, Detonautas received Biquíni Cavadão, which was making their first appearance at Rock in Rio. The double bill between the bands included hits like "Tédio" and "Vento, ventania."
