We hit critical points that call into question the credibility of the PJ and there are no answers

The Judicial Police continues to use sofas, televisions and gym equipment that were seized from Rúben Oliveira, known as Xuxas, despite a 2022 court ruling having considered void the decision that assigned them operational utility. This situation was taken by the Public Ministry, which considered that this decision had been issued without jurisdiction for the purpose.

The 2022 court ruling annulled the decision made by Luís Neves, who had determined that the seized assets could be used by the PJ for operational purposes. This court decision now raises questions about the legality of the continued use of this equipment by the Judicial Police.

The PJ declared that it does not know if it was informed about the court decision that annulled the assignment of operational utility to the assets. This lack of communication calls into question internal knowledge about the legal status of the equipment in use.

Xuxas's defense is preparing an audit request to determine where the seized assets are and how they are being used. This request comes following the revelations about the critical points that, according to the defense, call into question the credibility of the PJ.
