The defense of former federal deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Novo-PR) filed an appeal against the decision of the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) to advance the judgment of his candidacy registration for the Senate this year.
The rapporteur of the case, Judge Vanessa Jamus Marchi, determined last Tuesday the conclusion of the evidence production phase and refused the requests for the requisition of new documents, leaving the case ready for judgment.
In response, Dallagnol's defense filed embargos de declaração, a resource used to request further clarification of a judicial decision, requesting that the rapporteur consider a previously made request for the issuance of a letter from the Court of Accounts.
