FC Porto come from behind to beat Moreirense: 2-1

FC Porto achieved a dramatic comeback by beating Moreirense 2-1 in the fifth round of the Portuguese League. The Porto side found themselves trailing on the scoreboard but managed to turn the result around at the Estádio do Dragão.

Dinis Pinto opened the scoring for Moreirense at 20 minutes of play, putting the visiting team ahead. This goal placed Moreirense in a strong position during the first half of the match.

FC Porto's response came still in the first half, when Bednarek managed the equalizer at 37 minutes. The Polish central defender took advantage of a set-piece situation to score and level the teams before halftime.

The comeback was completed in the second half by William Gomes, who sealed the result at 58 minutes. With this result, FC Porto adds three more important points to their standings in the Portuguese League.
