The Ovom Care fertility clinic, located in Cascais, declared bankruptcy and faces problems in transferring patients' reproductive material. To date, this material has not yet been transferred to AVA Clinic, the receiving center that should ensure continuity of care for patients affected by the clinic's closure.
Those affected by this situation are entitled to compensation, provided they can prove the damages they suffered. Lawyer Castanheira de Barros is following the case and advises all affected patients to contact the insolvency administrator directly to assert their rights and obtain compensation for the damages caused.
