Multiplan will build a mixed-use complex, combining residences and corporate spaces, in the area next to VillageMall, in Barra da Tijuca. The project will be built on a 36,000-square-meter land plot that was purchased for R$ 231 million. Previously, a Walmart store operated at this location and there is currently a convention center on the land.
The development will consist of nine residential towers of 11 floors and a ten-story corporate tower, in addition to service and convenience areas. The residential part, called Village Residences, will have approximately 62,000 square meters of private area distributed across the nine buildings. The corporate tower will have approximately 10,000 square meters of private area.
The complex will be integrated with VillageMall, creating a direct connection between the residential, corporate spaces and the shopping center. The project launch is scheduled for the first half of 2027.
