Lula demanded that all those involved in the Banco Master case be investigated without any type of protection. The case is treated by him as the biggest theft in Brazil's history, demonstrating the gravity with which the president views the situation.

Among the names mentioned in the investigations is Supreme Federal Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes, whom Lula included in the demand for investigations without special protection for any of those involved.

Lula's speech occurs in an electoral context, as he is running for re-election to the presidency, and his statements about reforms in the political and judicial system are part of his political platform for the new term.
