Air France-KLM awaits with "expectation" new round of negotiations about TAP sale

Air France-KLM reacted to the announcement by the Portuguese Government that it chose a new and final negotiation phase for the sale of TAP. The company expressed "expectation" regarding this round of negotiations.

The Government announced that it selected the consortium formed by Air France-KLM and Lufthansa to proceed with this final phase of negotiations. This is a Franco-Dutch group in partnership with the German airline.

The TAP privatization process has been advancing with different phases of negotiation over the past few months. This new round represents the last opportunity for the conclusion of the deal between the Portuguese State and potential buyers.
