A new case of alleged fraudulent donations involves the British far-right figure Nigel Farage. The scandals over the presumed irregular financing of the Reform UK party, led by populist Nigel Farage, continue to pile up. The party expelled two advisors very close to Farage after an investigation emerged pointing out that they brokered three polls favorable to Reform UK funded by a US donor, something that would violate election law.
The investigation also indicates that the party uses fraudulent methods to receive large donations from abroad. This new scandal emerges at a time when Farage is trying to consolidate his political position in the United Kingdom, and raises serious doubts about the transparency and legality of the Reform UK party's funding practices.
