The Madeira Football Association joined the Portuguese League Against Cancer in the Golden September campaign, which aims to raise awareness about pediatric and childhood cancer.
The campaign takes place during the Super Cup matches, in the under-19, under-17 and under-15 age categories, which are played this weekend.
As symbolic gestures, the entry of the starting eleven from both teams and the refereeing team onto the field will be done with gold balloons and ribbons, accompanied by an institutional banner.
