The association among companies is accelerating the fight against extreme poverty with a focus that goes beyond income. The story of Tainara Martins, a 31-year-old mother of four, illustrates this change in approach. Previously dependent on Bolsa Família, she felt without direction and without prospects, struggling to balance work outside the home with the routine of raising her children.
The arrival of a specialized institute triggered a transformation in the life of Tainara and her family. She began receiving psychological support, returned to studying, and completed courses in areas such as nail design and financial organization. According to her, the support gave "a direction" to the family's life.
Today, Tainara and her husband are building at home the space where their own beauty salon will operate. She highlights that she now has autonomy, something she did not have before. The intervention model goes beyond traditional financial assistance, offering psychological, educational, and professional support.
