Two workers were rescued alive from a buried tunnel in northern Nepal. The rescue took place after a week of excavations carried out by dozens of Nepali rescuers.
The rescue teams had the assistance of specialists from India, China and South Korea. These professionals worked together to try to locate and save the victims.
Several tunnels were buried since flooding hit the region. Excavations continue to try to find other people who may be alive under the rubble.
