The second session of the Plenary of the Supreme Federal Court after the revelation of new messages exchanged between Daniel Vorcaro and Alexandre Moraes ended without any mention of the crisis, as in the previous session. The environment, however, was more relaxed, with exchange of compliments between the magistrates and laughs about matters unrelated to the Federal Police report.
During the trial of an action questioning the limits of the power of the Public Ministry, on Thursday afternoon, Moraes demonstrated good humor. This lighter behavior had not been observed the previous day, when the only more relaxed scene was a photograph taken by GLOBO at the end of the session.
André Mendonça, who asked the president of the Court for the analysis of the PF report — whose secrecy was lifted by himself — preferred not to participate in the lighter moments and remained with a more serious demeanor during the session.
In the same session, Cristiano Zanin was reelected as substitute minister of the Superior Electoral Court.
