Startup reunites more than 19 thousand vacancies in different companies. Learn how to participate

The startup Egalite, specialized in the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market, currently brings together more than 19 thousand active vacancies in several companies. Among the hiring companies are Raia Drogasil, Petrobras, Pepsico, Klabin, Cofco, nstech, Ypê, Heineken, TP and SalesForce. The opportunities cover different education levels and work modalities.

The selection process is completely free, and those interested can find the available vacancies on the IncluiPcD website. The platform connects people with disabilities to companies seeking diversity and inclusion in their workforce.

The vacancies are distributed across several areas, including leadership and management positions, such as credit and risk director, logistics supervisor and team coordinators. In the technology and innovation sector, there are positions for senior cybersecurity analyst, junior and mid-level Java programmer, and data scientist.

There are also opportunities in technical and administrative areas, such as specialists in demand planning, material technology researchers, human resources professionals, finance, sales and customer service.
