The president of the Portuguese Football Federation, Pedro Proença, visited this Thursday, September 3, the works of the future Academy of the Santarém Football Association. The visit took place at Quinta do Rolim, in Jardim de Cima, in Santarém.
The Academy project is being developed at that location and aims to strengthen sports training in the region. Pedro Proença followed the progress of the construction work on the facilities.
The visit was accompanied by Joaquim Martinho, president of the Santarém Football Association, who presented the details of the project to the leader of the Portuguese Football Federation.
