The Public Security Police arrested two men, aged 28 and 39, suspected of drug trafficking in the Alta de Lisboa and Ameixoeira area, in Lisbon. The individuals were allegedly selling drugs in these areas of the Portuguese capital.
During the operation, the authorities seized a significant war arsenal, in addition to illicit products. The PSP also confiscated 14,800 euros in cash that was proven to have originated from drug trafficking.
The operation represents a significant blow against drug trafficking in that area of Lisbon. The authorities continue to investigate the activities of the detained individuals, who were remanded in custody.
