Luís Aguilar, a SIC commentator, analyzed this decision and criticized it openly. The commentator considered that the measure represents a step backwards in terms of openness.
According to Aguilar, not publishing the evaluations is "going against the path of transparency, it is hiding the hand, it is hiding the game". The commentator believes this decision does not contribute to improving people's perception of arbitration.
