The Alentejo prepares three days of wine, harvest and sunsets: Vidigueira debuts new festival

The village of Vidigueira, in the Alentejo, will host from September 11 to 13 the first edition of the Vidigueira Wine Festival, a new event dedicated to wine that promises three days of activities.

The festival features the participation of 14 producers, who will be present to present their wines to visitors. The program includes wine tastings, open harvest sessions to the public, gastronomic offerings and live music.

Among the highlights of the event are the sunsets, which promise to be emblematic moments of the festival, combining the Alentejo landscape with the wine experience. The organization intends to position the event as a complete celebration of wine culture in the region.

The Vidigueira Wine Festival emerges to reinforce the offering of wine-related events in the Alentejo, a region recognized for its wine-making tradition and that has been investing in enotourism as a way of enhancing its territories and producers.
