This data shows that the majority of young people who arrive at these centers have already gone through previous interventions in the juvenile justice system.
The report highlights that early intervention is essential to reverse recurring failure stories. In other words, the earlier the intervention with young people at risk, the greater the chances of preventing the situation from worsening and subsequent internment in educational centers.
