At the festivals of the Cristo de l'Alcora, the peñas were once again the protagonists during the bullfighting week day. The event featured the exhibition of three wild bulls, that is to say, undomesticated fighting bulls.
The peñas, which are cultural and recreational associations typical of Spanish festivals, took on the main role in this bullfighting activity. The tradition of wild bulls is particularly valued for representing the essence of bullfighting.
This was the third ration of wild bulls presented during the festivities. The exhibition of brave animals constitutes one of the most traditional and anticipated moments of the festivals in honor of the Cristo de l'Alcora.
