A 43-year-old Swiss man confessed to having acted alone in the shooting in Switzerland, firing randomly more than 40 shots. The suspect declared he suffers from psychiatric problems and revealed he left the army in 2013.

The number of injured in the incident was corrected to six people, not five as initially reported. The only fatal victim was identified as Maria Spinelli.

The lawyer for the family of the fatal victim requested more clarification on the case, expressing the need for additional information to better understand what happened.

The suspect confessed to the crime, providing testimony about the circumstances of the shooting and his mental health state.
