The Association of Voluntary Blood Donors of Portalegre – ADBSP – celebrates 36 years since its founding. This date represents an important milestone in the life of this organization dedicated to the blood donation cause.
The creation of the association was made possible thanks to the effort and dedication of many selfless people who became involved in the cause. Among the highlighted names is António Joaquim Eustáquio, who contributed to the realization of this project.
The 36 years of ADBSP will be commemorated on Saturday, September fifth. The program includes a mass at the chapel of Portalegre Hospital, scheduled for 10h00, during which the blood donors will be remembered.
