The Associação Cultural e Desportiva da Carapalha (ACDC), located in Castelo Branco, celebrates on September 5th its 28th anniversary with a diversified program aimed at all ages. The festivities include sensory activities for children, a sports tournament and a fellowship snack for the community.
The program begins at 10:00 with the 4th Sensory Playgroup "Feet on Earth", integrated in the CarapalhaPlay project. This activity is aimed at children from 9 months to 5 years and their respective families, promoting exploration and play in contact with nature. Registrations must be made in advance through an online form.
The sporting aspect of the celebrations starts at 16:00 with the 3rd Outdoor Table Tennis Tournament, at the ACDC headquarters. The competition is divided into three categories: Youth, Amateur and Masters, with free registrations open until the day of the event.
The closing of the festivities is scheduled for 18:30, with a fellowship snack open to the entire community. The association's board states that celebrating 28 years represents investing in new generations and creating family memories, reinforcing the invitation to the population to participate in the celebrations.
