Oktoberfest Petrópolis begins this Friday, the 4th, and runs until Monday, taking advantage of the September 7th holiday. Then, the event returns for another weekend, from September 11 to 13, at Parque Municipal Prefeito Paulo Rattes in Itaipava. This is the 8th edition of the event, which brings an atmosphere inspired by Germany, bringing together quality beer and typical foods.
In total, eleven breweries are confirmed for the event: Casarão Odin, Colonus, Duzé, Tortuga Craft Beer, Da Corte, Sampler, Fredbier, Valley, Doutor Duranz, Brewpoint and Latitude 22. The park's tents promise to be packed with the presence of the producers.
The organization of the festival is commanded by brothers Rodrigo and Renato Duarte. According to Rodrigo Duarte, Oktoberfest represents an opportunity to bring together different producers and show the public the diversity of the local beer scene.
