Anxious about the responsibility of conducting the business, she receives support from Adriana (Letícia Colin), who explains that all the documentation has already been prepared and that her friend will be the legal representative of the buying company.
In the meeting, without knowing that Adriana is behind the business, Ulisses signs the documents for the sale of one third of the company. The situation highlights the trap set by Adriana, who manages to gain partial control of Ulisses' family business.
