Hundreds of people gathered on Monday night at Plaza de África in Ceuta for a protest against migrants, holding candles as a symbol of mobilization. This was another episode of protest in the Spanish city.
The protest brought together hundreds of participants who expressed their opposition to the presence of migrants in the city, at a time of growing social tension.
For Wednesday, September 2, a larger demonstration is planned, coinciding with the designated "Day of Ceuta." The mobilization was called by local residents' associations, seeking to give greater strength to the demands.
