The English international Jack Grealish will return to Everton on loan from Manchester City. The 30-year-old player will thus once again wear the shirt of the Liverpool club, where he had already been on loan during the previous season.
Grealish, who cost Manchester City around 117 million euros when he was signed in 2021, failed to establish himself as a regular starter in Pep Guardiola's team. The English winger was therefore seeking more playing time to maintain his competitive rhythm.
This is the second time Grealish has been loaned to Everton, a club where he had already stood out before his multimillion transfer to the Citizens. The previous experience seems to have convinced both parties to repeat the partnership.
With this transfer, Grealish joins a project he knows well once again, hoping to recover the starting position and confidence that allowed him to reach the English national team. Manchester City thus continues to try to free itself from the player's high salary.
