The German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Johann Wadephul, transmitted a message of total solidarity to Greece after an attack that is attributed to Russia. The attack is believed to have been carried out by an Iranian-made drone, modified in Russia, that fell on Greek territory.
Greece responded by asking NATO and the EU for greater vigilance at the border with Turkey, given this incident that raised concerns about security in the region.
Wadephul highlighted that collective security in Europe is based on constant and unwavering solidarity among allies, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between European countries in the face of external threats.
