Monte Palace Competes for Spot in Final of New 7 Wonders of Portugal

Monte Palace is in the race to join the list of New 7 Wonders of Portugal. The competition involves various monuments and tourist attractions spread throughout the country.

The final decision on the winning monuments takes place on Saturday, September 5th. The event announcing the results will be held at the National Palace of Sintra.

The contest will be broadcast by the television station TVI, allowing viewers to watch the revelation of the selected monuments live.

Monte Palace, located in Madeira, thus competes with other candidates to enter this prestigious listing of national heritage.
