The Portuguese winger Félix Correia was officially presented as a new signing for Sevilla, the Spanish La Liga club. The 23-year-old player arrives on loan from Lille, the French team he has been attached to since 2021.
The agreement between the two clubs includes a purchase option for Sevilla, meaning the Spanish side can sign the player permanently at the end of the season if they decide to exercise that right.
Félix Correia, trained at Sporting, had a contract with Lille until 2026. During his time at the French club, the player failed to establish himself regularly in the first team, which prompted this move.
This transfer comes at a time when Sevilla is looking to strengthen their attack, intending to give more depth to their squad for the season. The Portuguese player will compete for a spot in the offensive sector of the team coached by Francisco.
