OFFICIAL: Nick Woltemade is a new signing for Juventus

Maisfutebol1 September 2026 at 18:50

Nick Woltemade is Juventus' latest signing. The Italian club officially announced the signing of the German footballer, who arrives from Newcastle United.

The German international was loaned to the Turin club until June 2027, in a deal that does not include a purchase option. This way, Woltemade is tied to Juventus for a period of two and a half years.

The young winger, who came through German football, now joins Serie A after a spell at Newcastle, where he failed to establish himself as a regular starter. Juventus is betting on the 22-year-old's talent to strengthen their attack.

This loan represents an opportunity for Woltemade to gain competitive rhythm at one of Europe's biggest clubs, while Newcastle continues to manage their squad and finances in the transfer market.

Botafogo advanced in the negotiation for Everton Cebolinha, offering two years of contract to the Flamengo winger, after the red-black president Luiz Eduardo Baptista (Bap) released the player for free on Monday. However, the black-and-white club makes considerations about the high salary and the signing bonus demanded by the 30-year-old athlete, in addition to concerns about his physical condition, since Cebolinha underwent surgery in 2024 and hasn't shown expressive numbers recently.
