Seventeen young people experienced various paralympic sports at the Youth Paralympic Camp, held in Tocha. The event was promoted by the Portuguese Paralympic Committee and the Portuguese Federation of Sport for People with Disabilities.

The Camp is intended for participants aged between 8 and 18 who have a disability eligible for the practice of paralympic sports. The young people had the opportunity to learn about and experience different adapted sports during the activity.

This initiative aims to provide a first sporting experience in the paralympic context, allowing young people to discover sports they may go on to practice. The event took place at the Tocha Training Center, an infrastructure dedicated to sport.
