A heavy vehicle jackknifed on the A23 at kilometre 27.3, in the direction of Castelo Branco–Torres Novas, on Tuesday.

The accident caused a serious injury and led to the road closure. Authorities are responding to the scene to manage the situation and restore traffic flow on the road.
