Russia returned to the G20 table for the first time since the invasion of Ukraine, with the participation of Anton Siluanov, Russian Finance Minister, at the two-day meeting held in Asheville, North Carolina. The invitation was made by the United States, the country that held the rotating presidency of the group at that time.
