Lexus has subjected the NX to a mid-life update that goes far beyond cosmetic tweaks. The SUV receives significant improvements in the powertrain department, debuting the sixth generation of the Japanese brand's hybrid technology.
The standout model is the NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid, which delivers 307 HP (226 kW) of power. The battery grows to 23 kWh and allows traveling over 100 km in exclusively electric mode.
For the first time in a Lexus plug-in hybrid, the 2027 NX incorporates fast DC charging as standard equipment, something that represents a significant advancement in the vehicle's functionality.
