Various studies reveal that the hybrid work model, practiced during two to three days a week, has had little impact on worker productivity. This modality, which combines days of in-person work with days of remote work, does not appear to bring significant differences in terms of efficiency.
On the other hand, when remote work is practiced exclusively, that is, on a full-time basis, the effects on business efficiency become extremely significant. This suggests that the way remote work is implemented makes all the difference in organizational results.
On the program [IN]Pertinente, economist João Duarte was the invited expert to analyze this issue. He explained to Manel Rosa, who hosted the program, what the main benefits associated with this work model are.
The article indicates that João Duarte mentioned that the greatest benefit of remote work is related to some specific aspect, although the text appears to be cut off and it is not possible to identify what that benefit mentioned by the economist is.
