Banco Português de Fomento launches Fomento Trade to boost exports

Banco Português de Fomento launched the Fomento Trade program, a new Portuguese Export Credit Agency that came into operation to boost Portuguese exports.

This new agency provides insurance and guarantees to national exporters, counting on coverage from the Portuguese State as backing.

The main objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of Portuguese companies in international markets, offering financial support tools to reduce the risks associated with export activity.
