oglobo31 August 2026 at 23:54

Representatives of Santo Dominique Capital (SDC) Sports present themselves this Monday to members of Santos' Deliberative Council. The meeting aims to explain who the company is, how it operates, the profile of its partners and executives, and its investment philosophy.

SDC intends to demonstrate why the club sparked their interest, what differentials they see in the institution, and what paths they identify to increase its value and competitiveness. Among the points evaluated are the brand strength, international tradition, commercial potential, and mainly the historical capacity for player development.

Another central theme will be the group's vision on the future of football. SDC is expected to present how they see the evolution of the market and what strategies could be applied to Santos, with attention to professional football, youth categories, management, revenue generation, and commercial exploitation of the brand.

It argues that, although a small number of patients are left at the hospital on purpose, the overwhelming majority has no support, often not even family. The author argues that there has been a lack of political will to resolve this issue over the years.
