Americanas opens 769 temporary positions for Black Friday operation

The retail chain Americanas opened 769 temporary positions for its Black Friday operation. The opportunities are in the logistics area, across eight distribution centers of the company spread throughout all regions of the country, which supply the chain's 1,440 stores in Brazil.

The distribution centers are located in Cabo de Santo Agostinho (PE), Simões Filho (BA), Benevides (PA), Itapevi (SP), Seropédica (RJ), Uberlândia (MG), Gravataí (RS), and Brasília (DF). The positions are for the roles of auxiliary (84), operator I (591), and operator II (94).

Among the planned activities are loading and unloading of goods, receiving, storage, and product picking. For operator II positions, the responsibilities also include activities involving the use of a forklift, requiring forklift operator certification as a specific requirement.

The goal is to reinforce the operations teams until the end of Black Friday. To apply, it is necessary to be at least 18 years old, in addition to meeting the specific requirements of each opportunity.
