Marta's life (Emanuelle Araújo) is transformed in the upcoming chapters of 'A nobreza do amor.' The matriarch discovers that her husband, the banker, had a relationship with Salomé and is Ritinha's true father (Julia Salarini). The revelation happens through a letter found by Virgínia (Theresa Fonseca), a document that proves the existence of an illegitimate daughter and exposes a secret maintained for years.
Everything begins when Sebastião (João Fontenelle) delivers the letter to Virgínia. Before she can hide the document, Marta appears and demands explanations. Faced with her mother's insistence, Virgínia is forced to reveal the truth. Shaken by the discovery, Marta begins to question her marriage.
In the following scenes, Mirinho emerges as the main suspect in an attempted assassination against Tonho Diógenes (Daton Mello), Marta and Father Viriato (Marcelo Médici). The situation adds even more tension to the plot and brings the characters closer to a confrontation.
