Metro Praça de Espanha will reopen on Thursday, September 3rd, the platform towards Santa Apolónia, closed since August 10th due to the rehabilitation works at the Blue Line station. However, the reopening will be accompanied by a new restriction.
On the same day, work begins on the opposite direction platform, so access towards Reboleira will be closed until the 28th. Passengers should use neighboring stations as an alternative during this period.
The rehabilitation works at the Blue Line station have been causing disruptions to Metro operations, with alternating closures of platforms in both directions. This intervention is part of an infrastructure modernization plan.
