Two aircraft from Airlink airline performed a low-level flyover over a stadium in Cape Town, South Africa, flying just meters from the packed stands with approximately 50,000 people. The operation was carried out during an event that drew this crowd to the stadium.
One of the aircraft passed less than 15 meters from the top of the stadium during the flyover, which drew attention due to the extreme proximity between the aircraft and the spectators present at the venue.
Airlink, the company responsible for the aircraft, confirmed that the entire operation was carefully planned and that the flights were conducted within the altitude and speed limits established for this type of maneuver.
The incident occurred in Cape Town, one of the main cities in South Africa, where events with large crowds are frequent and attract attention from both the local population and tourists.
