The 5th Business Court declared the bankruptcy of the companies that make up the Refit Group. Judge Arthur Eduardo Magalhães Ferreira converted the judicial reorganization of the companies in the group into bankruptcy.
The companies affected by the decision are Gasdiesel Serviços, located in Duque de Caxias, Distribuidora S.A., in Manguinhos, Química S/A, on Anhanguera Highway in Campinas, and Refinaria de Petróleos Manguinhos, on Avenida Brasil.
