State surplus in the first seven months of the year falls to €282 million

Through July, the State's budget surplus stood at €282 million, a significant decrease compared to the €2322 million recorded in the same period of the previous year. The Budgetary Entity revealed this Monday the data regarding the balance of the Public Administrations in the first seven months of the year. This reduction in the surplus indicates a deterioration of the State's financial situation compared to the same period of 2023. The entity responsible for releasing this data did not specify the causes of this decrease in the positive balance.
