Porto's Inner Ring Road (VCI) will be restricted to heavy vehicles from September 15. This road infrastructure of the city of Porto, known as "the invicta," will be affected by circulation restrictions for large vehicles.
Porto's roads are already beginning to feel the return of Portuguese people to work after the summer period. The massive return of workers is causing changes in traffic flow in the city.
The measure aims to regulate the circulation of heavy vehicles on a road that is fundamental to urban mobility in Greater Porto. Heavy vehicle drivers should pay attention to the new rules that come into force in September.
