The number of dead from the flood that hit Nepal has risen to 903, according to data released by the Nepali authority responsible for emergency management. The death toll continues to rise as rescue teams advance operations in the affected areas.
In addition to the confirmed deaths, over 4,000 people remain missing after the tragedy. Search and rescue operations are ongoing, but adverse conditions on the ground are complicating the teams' efforts.
