Lobbyist Roberta Luchsinger has a series of debts in court for defaults, as revealed by a report by Fantástico, TV Globo. She is the target of an investigation that examines whether she practiced influence peddling in public agencies together with her friend Fabio Luis Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, President Lula's son. Both deny any wrongdoing.
The Federal Police indicate that Roberta and Lulinha did lobbying to try to enable business deals, including a contract of 626 million reais with a company of Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, known as Careca do INSS.
Roberta Luchsinger became known in 2017, when she announced that she would launch a financial support movement for Lula, who at that time was a former president and had his accounts blocked by then Judge Sergio Moro.
