USC Paredes began their journey in the Generali Tranquilidade Portuguese Cup in the best possible way by defeating Ermesinde SC 1936 3-1 in Ermesinde. The Paredes side showed determination from the start of the match and confirmed their superiority with a two-goal victory, securing a place in the second round of the competition.
Rebordosa AC was eliminated by FC Alpendorada in a highly competitive regional derby. The match ended level at two goals after extra time, and the tie was decided on penalties.
