Portugal once again led house price increases in the first quarter of this year, with a rise of over 15% in sales value. This was the most significant growth among nearly 60 economies analyzed.
This performance contrasts with the global trend of cooling in the real estate market, where many countries have experienced a slowdown in prices. Portugal thus remains an exception in the international landscape.
The continuous appreciation trend has been maintained over the past quarters, positioning the country at the top of international real estate growth rankings.
