NATO does not consider that there is an "imminent" threat of attack from Russia, despite the increase in hybrid acts recorded recently. The position of the Atlantic Alliance contrasts with warnings made by some member countries.

The Polish prime minister defended on Saturday, August 29, that the Atlantic Alliance must be prepared for a potential provocation from Moscow. The leader considered that the next six months will be "decisive" in terms of European security.
